Question: Will I get a notification if my account is close to it's capacity for storage and bandwidth?
Answer: Yes. The server will automatically email you at 80%, 90% and 98% capacity on bandwidth and disk usage. The messages go to the cPanel email contact for the account.
Question: What happens when I reach my capacity?
Answer: Your account may be suspended until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your account. You may also be charged $2/GB of storage and $0.20/GB of bandwidth over your account limit if you do not upgrade.
If you have run out of space, we recommend that you upgrade your account to a higher tier of hosting. If you are already on the highest tier, please contact support and we can build you a custom solution.
