Submitting Using ReceiptBank App
- Open the ReceiptBank app
- Click the orange camera button at the bottom of your screen
- If you have a picture of the receipt already, you can find it using the gallery on the bottom left of the screen.
- If you don't have a picture of the receipt, choose Single, Multi or Combine depending on the size of your receipt and then press the green button in the middle bottom of the screen.
- On the review screen, enter the customer details and description for the receipt, then press the paper airplane button at the top right of the screen to submit.
Submitting Using Email
- Open Gmail (or your preferred email client), and find the email containing your receipt
- Forward the email containing the receipt to the specific ReceiptBank email provided to you. If you do not know your ReceiptBank email address, please contact your admin.
- If you would like to add any additional detail before submitting, you can add it to the body of your forwarded email.
- Click Send.
