Activity Templates allow users to add a variety of predetermined activities to a contact or company in Solve by adding a single template.
Creating a New Activity Template:
1. Log into secure.solve360.com through your Google Account. (Note: This account must have modify permissions under user permissions for templates)
2. Scroll down to the activities section and hover over Arrange Activity Template, then click Template Designer.
3. Click Create and enter a name for the new template.
4. Hover over Add an Activity and it will display the list of activities available to be added to the template.
Note: All activities with date fields that would usually allow the user to add a date when adding the activity will instead allow you to specify the number of days after the template has been inserted.
Creating an Activity Template from already added Activities:
1. Log into secure.solve360.com through your Google Account. (Note: This account must have modify permissions under user permissions for templates)
2. Navigate to the contact with the list of activities you'd like to convert to a template.
3. Hover over Arrange Activity Template and click Save the current set of activities as
