Once you have been set up with Remote Access, you should receive an email that looks like this:
Note: check 'Spam', 'Trash', and 'All Mail' for the invitation if you don't see it in your inbox.
After clicking the 'Accept Invitation' button in the email, you'll be taken to a page where you'll need to create a password.
You'll then be prompted to select a multi-factor authentication method. This is a required security measure and cannot be skipped. Every time you login, you'll be prompted to enter a code and this step is where you'll choose how your receive that code. You can select either a text message (SMS) or an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, etc..)
It is highly recommended that you make use of an authenticator app instead of text messages. Text messages are the least secure method and the most easily susceptible to intrusion.
After you've selected your method, you'll be prompted to enter a code.
Once you've logged in, you'll see a "no devices assigned" message. At that point please reach out to our support team for assistance and we will add your device.
Once we've added your device, refresh the page and you will see a device. Refer to these steps on how to connect to your device remotely.
