Google Hangouts Meet is included in your G Suite as a video calling/video conferencing option. Below you will find steps on how to join or start a new call and how to join a call via phone followed by a brief overview of all of the buttons you will see once in the call. Google Hangouts Meet is fully accessible through your browser and also has a mobile app if you want to use it on the go.

How to Join or Start a Call:
1. From your Apps Launcher click to open Hangouts Meet or go to meet.google.com
2. Click the + to Join or Start a Meeting
3. If you have a meeting code or nickname from someone else, enter it here. If you are starting a meeting you can name it so others can find it, or leave it blank and a code will be generated
4. Click Continue
5. You will see the option to Join or Present to the meeting
6. Join meeting
7. You will see the option to add others via email or copy the joining info to send to them
How to Join a Call Via Phone
There are two options for this method. Option 1 is to call into the meeting and option 2 is to have the meeting call you.
Option 1: Dial into the meeting
1. Locate the dial-in number and PIN
2. From your phone dial the number and then follow the prompts to enter the PIN
3. You will now be in the meeting, audio only
Option 2: Have a meeting member call you
1. Make sure a member of the meeting has your phone number
2. Have a meeting member navigate to People at the top and then click Add people
3. From there they can click Call and then enter your number
4. You will receive a call on your phone - answer to join the call
