Download attachments from Gmail
- On your computer, go to Gmail.
- Open an email message containing a PDF (or any other format) attachment.
- Hover your mouse over the thumbnail, then click Download .
- Navigate to the folder you'd like to save the attachment to.
Open PDF in Adobe Acrobat DC
Once the attachment has been downloaded in Chrome, you will see a bar appear at the bottom of your Chrome window. Click the arrow to show the file in File Explorer (PC) or Finder (macOS)
A file explorer/finder window will open the where the file was saved. Double-click to open in Adobe Acrobat DC.
